THE AFL wishes to advise the Match Review Panel has reviewed the matches played in week three of the 2014 Toyota AFL Finals Series. The following charges were laid:

Kieren Jack, Sydney Swans, has been charged with a Level One Misconduct Offence ($2400 sanction) for engaging in misconduct against Luke McDonald, North Melbourne, during the first quarter of the First Preliminary Final match between the Sydney Swans and North Melbourne, played at ANZ Stadium on Friday September 19, 2014.
 
In summary, he can accept an $1800 sanction with an early plea.
 
A first offence for misconduct is a $2400 sanction. An early plea reduces the sanction by 25 per cent to an $1800 sanction.
