COLLINGWOOD could be one of the biggest beneficiaries of this year's crop of Next Generation Academy prospects, with two of the most exciting players tied to the Magpies.

The Pies have access to Oakleigh Chargers pair Isaac Quaynor and Bailey Wraith as part of their NGA program, with both eligible under multicultural rules to join the club at this year's NAB AFL Draft.

Quaynor, a rebounding half-back with sure skills, qualifies because his father is from Ghana in West Africa. Wraith's mother is from South Africa, and he is an athletic taller defender for the Chargers.

The full list of eligible NGA players for this year's draft was recently released to clubs, and it includes prospects who were overlooked in previous drafts, such as Ethan Penrith at Carlton who was not selected last year.

Wraith was quiet last weekend for the Chargers in their opening round TAC Cup win but has impressed in practice games so far, while Quaynor was excellent in wet conditions on Saturday with 19 disposals and six tackles against the Eastern Ranges.

The Pies also have father-son prospect Will Kelly (the son of premiership player Craig and brother of current Crows defender Jake) to consider this year, who is a tall defender/forward in the Chargers' line-up.

More than 60 players qualify as NGA talents to clubs across the competition for this year's draft under either indigenous or multicultural rules, with North Melbourne also set for a win with priority access to Tasmanian indigenous teenager Tarryn Thomas.

The silky midfielder is considered one of the best talents in this year's pool, and in December trained with the Roos.

Among West Coast's 10 possibilities is Jarrod Cameron, a sharp and speedy forward who is the younger brother of Brisbane's Charlie.

Other players to look out for include Matthew Walker (Greater Western Sydney), Jason Carter (Fremantle) and Buku Khamis (Western Bulldogs). Khamis had 13 disposals and took five marks for the Western Jets in round one of the TAC Cup last week.
