Billings' season is over after his Oakleigh Chargers side did not make the TAC Cup finals, but recruiters are well aware of his talent through half-forward and the midfield.
The dynamic 18-year-old marks well above his head for his size, has excellent skills on both feet and is a goalkicker.

Lennon carries some similar traits, and is also a terrific mark-and-lead forward and a piercing kick over any distance.
West Australian prospect Dayle Garlett has been named in the medium forwards category, having failed to be drafted last year with off-field issues the concern for recruiters.
He has shown sparkling form at WAFL level this season for Swan Districts, however, and remains one of the most talented players in the draft pool.
